  • While you can get a feel for how I work on my website, the best way to see if we might work well together is for us to meet. Contact me to scheule a free 20 minute consultaton session or first session.

  • Research has shown that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to the effectiveness of treatment. One of the best ways to assess fit is to speak to a therapist and see if you are drawn to working with them.

    If we meet and you don’t feel like we are a fit, I am happy to refer to you someone else.

  • I work with clients weekly or multiple times per week sessions.

  • I offer both. I have an office located in Berkeley. For Telehealth, I use Simple Practice’s HIPAA compliant conferencing platform for virtual sessions.

  • Sessions are generally 50 minutes. Arrangements can be made for longer sessions if needed.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I will not bill your insurance directly.

    I can provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance company. Please verify with your insurance that they cover out-of-network mental health services.

  • Please call me to discuss fees, as my rates vary for different services. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale fee slots to individuals and couples that would not otherwise be able to afford therapy. Sliding scale fees are based on your household income.

    If for any reason I am unable to provide what you need, I will help you to find a therapist that offers what you are seeking.
